The Agency offers social media management, content creation, and related services. The specifics of the services will be outlined in the individual service agreement between the client and the Agency.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the provision of services. Clients must adhere to content guidelines and provide timely feedback for the efficient execution of the services.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment details, including rates and terms, will be outlined in the service agreement. The client is required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content created by the Agency, including but not limited to graphics, text, and videos, remains the intellectual property of the Agency until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the client gains the rights to use the content for its intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality:

Both the client and the Agency agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project confidential. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and proprietary processes.
